  5. Free Cancellation

    • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the experience.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

    • Changes or modifications requested within 24 hours of the experience will not be accepted.

    6. Non-Refundable Experiences

    • Some experiences are strictly non-refundable and cannot be modified.

    • In these cases, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or change requests.
